Privacy
We use customer information to operate your account, fulfil orders, provide support and measure storefront advertising. Google Analytics measurement runs with Google analytics and advertising storage disabled.
Information we use
For accounts and orders, this can include contact information, delivery addresses and order history. Essential technical storage keeps the bag, login and payment journey working.
Payments
Card and UPI credentials are handled by the payment provider. Ruby Creations does not store complete card details.
Cookieless Google Analytics
Google Analytics receives privacy-restricted measurement pings for query-free page paths and product, basket, checkout and purchase events. Analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation are permanently denied, so the Google tag does not read or write Google Analytics or advertising cookies. Pings can still include browser and device details, a random number generated for the page, consent state and an approximate area derived from the connection. A temporary tab-session marker prevents the same purchase being counted twice. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses, OTPs, card or UPI credentials, payment tokens or full courier-tracking links. Event data is retained for up to 14 months.
Meta advertising measurement
Meta Pixel and Conversions API are active on customer-facing storefront pages. They receive page-view, product-view, basket, checkout and purchase events so Ruby Creations can measure and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising. Shared data is limited to query-free page paths, event IDs, numeric catalogue product IDs, quantities, prices, currency, browser and device details, IP address, user agent and Meta identifiers such as _fbp or _fbc when available. Browser and server copies use the same event ID so Meta can deduplicate them. We do not include names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses, OTPs, card or UPI credentials or payment tokens in Meta events.
Measurement controls
There is no analytics pop-up. Google Signals and personalised Google advertising remain disabled. Meta advertising measurement is enabled on the public storefront and can be blocked by supported browser privacy controls or content blockers. You can contact us with any privacy question or request.
